The hotel is ideally located in a historic local area, close to the center but slightly off the beaten track. It is conveniently situated near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Guests praised the friendly and informative service from the staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered a nice view of the garden/pool. The breakfast was excellent, with a high standard of quality and a variety of options.
That the rooms were on the smaller side, lacking a big size mirror and a spacious wardrobe.

As foreign tourists, we loved the attentive staff, sweet pool area, and amazing breakfast with freshly-squeezed juices. The cute small room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a winter stay.

We had an excellent stay at Dear Lisbon - Charming House. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night, great to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always accommodating our needs. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the small size of the rooms didn't bother us as they were cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. The location was perfect, close to the city center and right on the old tram line. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The location was perfect, right on a lovely square in Chiado. It was so convenient to explore the city with all the main attractions within walking distance. We even got to ride the vintage trams that passed by frequently, adding to the charm of our stay.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was incredible, and there was nothing that could be improved. Everything was simply perfect, from the value for money to the excellent staff and the delicious breakfast.
